I'm kinda all blogged out. I just don't feel inspired to write anything. I worked so hard last week but I didn't lose a pound and that seriously bothers me. I guess I'm just really depressed. I feel like a total failure in every way shape and form. I just don't know.

(hugs) Sorry you're feeling down. I feel really disappointed/crappy/frustrated/angry when I know I've done well but the scale doesn't cooperate.

Just don't stop trying ("just keep swimming!"), keep working and it will come off. Seems to me the human body is not a logical thing. Neither are scales.

I have to say I really enjoy your pictures of Bento boxes, and the food porn!

Sometimes you go through plateaus, so changing things up would be a good way to energize your metabolism. Have you looked into calorie cycling? Weight loss is obviously not easy, but if there is a will there is a way (sorry for sounding cliche). Good luck!

Remember that not all the factors involved in weightloss revolve around diet and exercise. There's about a kwadrillion other reasons why you might not have lost weight... in fact, you don't even know where those numbers are coming from.

(pssst.... you might just be storing a few pounds of, err.... "waste product")

Your body is a complex machine, and even if you removed a few pounds from the trunk, someone might've poured in an extra gallon of oil into the gears and it won't show.... to overextend a metaphor.

The important thing is to not give up. If you're trying,you WILL make it. Just be patient
