That's exactly what Tammey Burns did! With a healthy diet and exercise routine, she actually lost over 400 lbs! At her highest (575 lbs) she wouldnt go to the movies because she wouldnt fit in the seats and she needed family members to help her with personal hygene. At 403 lbs she still had breathing problems so severe that she needed to get a tracheotomy. But instead of giving up, she joined a fitness center and worked with walking coach. Instead of viewing food as a drug, she saw it as fuel.
Anyways, is it just me or are the guys on the show total assholes?
Don't talk to me about dieting. Don't talk to me about exercise. I don't know what bug bit me but I've been a total slack off. I'm not talking about "oh I'm only losing 1lb a week, I'm such a slack off". No, I'm talking about gaining weight and not feeling like doing shit about it. I keep saying that tomorrow I'll go work out but I just end up in the couch playing wii. And not even wii fit or wii sports. Nope. I got my ass in gear alright. Just in the wrong direction :(
I went to Macy's today to spend a gift card I got for my birthday and everything was so small and expensive. And I, I'm so big and broke. In the end I settled for some makeup cause, well...makeup doesnt come in sizes :)
I feel like I've been lazy. I've been lazy with my diet, with my writing, and this blog. Sure, I'm not gaining weight but I'm not really giving it my all. Also, I talk so much about being a writer and what not but I haven't exactly been doing a lot of writing lately. I've just been scraping by. But no longer! Things are gonna change!
